Welcome to Life As We Know It! I'm so thrilled that you're here!
I'm Carin, a Swede living in the UK, and I have the great pleasure of writing this blog. Supporting me all the way are my wonderful husband Alan, our fun loving 5 year old daughter Aoife (pronounced ee-fa), and 1 year old son Kirby.
Right now motherhood takes up pretty much all of my time, I love those kiddos of mine and try to be a mindful parent, so I write a lot about family life. When I'm not in full mum-mode, I love blogging, art journaling, crafting, organizing, reading, and working on our home. We live in a 1930's fixer-upper and are slowly giving it the TLC it deserves. I am also a low-carber, and occasionally post a recipe or two.
